Description : In accordance with the approved memorandum of March 5, 2010, and the Terms of Reference of the SSA of Prof. Dickson Nyariki, international consultant assigned to the project (please see attached), it is proposed that Prof. Nyariki undertake a two-day mission to Lilongwe, Malawi, on February 28 and March 1, 2013, as envisaged in the aforementioned Terms of Reference for the project
