The objective of the seminar will be to initiate the development of an up-to-date copyright and related rights law, together with the development of relevant collective management provisions and modern infrastructure. With the participation of Government representatives and private stakeholders, the meeting will explore different ways to contribute to the development of the collective management societies. The legal framework will be analyzed at the international and national levels. |
