WIPO is assisting the government of Jordan in carrying out a study on the economic contribution of the copyright industries in the country. The research team, led by Mr. Rbeihat has submitted its draft final report in the end of December 2012. The draft represents very advanced analysis and reflects many of the comments made by WIPO and the international consultant Professor Roger Melki (Lebanon). Nevertheless it can still not be accepted as final.In order to address these issues it is suggested to send the international consultant
Prof. Melki on a mission to Jordan, as per the Terms of reference of the project. |
