Titre : WIPO Workshop on Alternative Dispute Resolution (including Domain Names) in the framework of the Twentieth Anniversary Annual International Conference on Actual Problematic Issues of Intellectual Property
Description : In his letter of December 18, 2012 (copy attached), Mr. Mykola Kovinia, Chairman, State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine (SIPS), requested the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to support the organization of the WIPO Section on the Issues of the International Commercial Disputes Resolution in the framework of the Twentieth Anniversary Annual International Conference on Actual Problematic Issues of Intellectual Property to be held in Kyiv, from February 21 to 23, 2013. Mr. Kovinia emphasized the fact that disputes resolution in the field of IP becomes more and more important for IP community of Ukraine and requested the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center to participate in the event. The objective of the seminar would be to discuss the practical issues of alternative disputes resolution, including domain names.
