The objectives will be deepen understanding on : (i) PCT functions and advantages; (ii) how to get positive reports from International Searching Authority(ISA)/ International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA); and (iii) how national Offices can effectively utilize these reports. In addition, the event would provide an opportunity for sharing views and experiences on the utilization of international work sharing frameworks, including the PCT and Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH). |
