The purpose of the meeting is not limited to create awareness about available flexibilities identified in documents CDIP/5/4, CDIP/7/3 and further documents, but rather to generate a critical and informed approach that should enable national policy makers to devise their own flexible ways of implementing multilateral obligations, as well as to identify cases of success or failure that help participants to better understand the ways and means needed to implement and use available flexibilities. |
