a)Assessing the state of the national IP system in Kenya and review the IP policy of Kenya.
b)Mobilizing stakeholders who will be involved in the IP policy review as well as in the IP strategy formulation process and identifying additional stakeholders to join the National Steering Commitee.
c)Formulating, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders, a national IP policy and strategy for implementation by the Government of Kenya. |
