1. To hold further discussions on Swaziland's decision to take on the IPAS and respond to queries from the Ministry ICT officials;
2. To undertake a detailed needs assessment and compile project documents
3. To agree on the way forward for the deployment of IPAS.

2. To upgrade the IPAS system;
