Description : The organization of this Seminar was officially requested by letter dated October 22, 2011 and replied by WIPO, expressing our agreement in principle. Later on, the dates of February 29 to March 2, 2012 were agreed together with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. However, by the beginning of 2012 the Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property & Commerce Office (ABIPCO) communicated that they were not able to assume the payment of certain costs associated with the organization of the Seminar.
