-enhance understanding of the role of IP in enabling cross-border technology transfer;
-clarify the formal instruments, contractual arrangements and safeguards relevant to technology transfer, including sector-specific dimensions; and
-support reflection on regional policy architecture and strengthen ongoing WIPO–BIMSTEC cooperation on the IP-related priorities of Member States. |
