As per bilateral meetings held with the Controller General of the Indian Patent Office during the 2024 WIPO Assemblies, these PCT Roving Seminars will be implemented as a joint initiative and activity of the Patent and Technology Sector with the Brands and Designs Sector, Madrid Registry, in order to deliver a: PCT-Madrid Joint Roadshow that covers both global IP systems for the benefit of users, and allows for engagement with potential users on the ground, in an effort to incentivize IP filings under the respective systems. |
