The objectives in line with Expected Result 4.3 are:
To highlight the importance of enforcing IP rights for the social, economic and cultural development of the participating countries, particularly in addressing health and safety concerns;
To improve the skills and raise the level of knowledge relating to IPR enforcement among the law enforcement officials participating in IMPACT project;
To enhance capabilities for tackling trademark counterfeiting and copyright piracy in a more sustainable and impactful way, by providing in-person training tailored to the national legal framework; and
- To create a sustainable enforcement environment in which IP can fulfill its role to stimulate innovation and creativity. |
