The objectives this activity is to build upon the 2023 launch the volume of the Intellectual Property Benchbook Series dedicated to IP Adjudication in the Philippines, and to continue the collaboration with the judiciary of the Philippines to establish and continuing and sustainable judicial education on IP in the Philippines. The Workshop will be preceded by a pilot edition of the WIPO Distance Learning Course for Judges, customized for the Philippines and administered by the WIPO Academy. |
