Description : These Meetings started in 2010, in Guatemala and are being held on a biennial basis. The participating countries are Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Dominican Republic. Each country has hosted a Ministerial Meeting and Guatemala will be the first country of the second round to host the VIII Ministerial Meeting.
