Caractéristiques de l'activité

Titre : European Intellectual Property Prosecutors Network (EIPPN) – World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) International Workshop on IP Crime Prosecution
Description : The EIPPN is a well-established and highly effective forum to discuss matters related to the criminal enforcement of intellectual property rights. Organized by the EUIPO and the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), the EIPPN holds yearly meetings, which the Building Respect for IP (BRIP) Division regularly attends. Already for 2023, WIPO and the EUIPO had agreed that WIPO would host the yearly EIPPN workshop in the form of an international workshop on IP crime prosecution, which would bring together IP crime prosecutors from Europe and other parts of the world. Due to financial constraints on the side of the EUIPO, however, the organization of a joint workshop had to be postponed to 2024.
