The objective of the Workshop on May 6 is to promote mediation, including WIPO Mediation, as a time and cost-efficient option to resolve IP and technology disputes in Türkiye. The Roundtable on May 7 with TÜRKPATENT, the Ministry of Justice and a small group of stakeholders will focus on the potential use of WIPO Mediation for different types of IP disputes in Türkiye, including TÜRKPATENT trademark proceedings and court referrals. |
