Promote An International Guide to Patent Case Management for Judges (Patent Judicial Guide);
- Facilitate the exchange of patent-relevant judicial experiences and jurisprudential developments among prominent judges from the ten patent heavy jurisdiction that contributed to the Patent Judicial Guide, as well as selected members of the WIPO Advisory Board of Judges;
- Increase the profile and visibility of WIPO’s work with judiciaries as well as the patent public that will be in attendance at the PLI; and
- Leverage the presence of leading patent jurists familiar with WIPO’s work, to explore ways to enhance the patent adjudication systems and strengthen judicial collaboration |
