Contributes to WIPO Expected Result 4.3 of the WIPO MTSP, which aims to ensure increased IP knowledge and skills to all Member States. This Summer School aims to provide an opportunity for senior students (graduates and post-graduates) and young professionals to acquire deeper knowledge on the interface between intellectual property (IP) and transfer of technology; and to discuss IP issues pertaining to licensing negotiations through case studies and simulation exercises. |
