The objective for organizing this event is to strengthen the capacity of members of the judiciary in managing IP related cases. By enhancing the skills and competencies of judges in IP matters, the activity will contribute to improve the judicial structure of the participating countries in the area of IP, for the potential benefit of all stakeholders. By strengthening the capacities of the members of the judiciary, this activity will also contribute to creating a secure IP environment to promote investments within the context of the entry into force of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA). |
