This activity follows the Judicial Training in Patents implemented in 2015, in collaboration with the Academia Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual (ANPI) and the Oficina Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual (OAPI), and the Judicial Training in Trademarks, implemented in September and October of 2021, in collaboration with ONAPI and ENJ, as well as with the support from Mr. Edynson Alarcón Polanco, Chief Judge of the Civil and Commercial Chamber in the Appeals Court of the National District, in Santo Domigo. |
