Consultation Meetings on Resource and Management Diagnostic of DGIP |
| Description : |
The objectives of the mission are to hold consultation meetings with the senior management and relevant officials from DGIP as well as stakeholders concerned to: (i) review the mandate, legal and institutional framework for administration of IP rights in comparison with best practices at the international level; (ii) discuss a range of options for optimal institutional, legal and management framework; (iii) gather information on DGIP’s existing human resources, infrastructure, systems and financial management regime; and (iv) share the initial findings with the senior management of DGIP and explore the possible next steps.
