A memo regarding needs assessments for Eswatini (October 24 to 26, 2018) and for Lesotho (October 29 to 31, 2018) was approved in August 2018, see attached. The events were postponed from the original dates. Eswatini is not in a position to go forward with the mission in October. Lesotho, however, is well along with the planning for the assessment and would not like to postpone the event. The Crown Attorney has requested that we keep the dates as planned, October 29 to 31, 2018. It is therefore suggested that the events be separated. |
