The objective of the mission is to hold consultation meetings with the senior management and relevant officials from DGIP as well as stakeholders concerned to present, validate and finalize the draft Report, particularly the specific recommendations contained therein and the draft implementation plan of the same. The said Report will enable DGIP to address the gaps and areas that need to be strengthened in its resource and management systems and will lay out practical solutions and mechanisms to enhance its services more effectively and efficiently to the user community.
