With reference to Alexandra Grazioli’s mission to Bahrain from November 12 to 14, 2018, and her e-mails of November 14, 25, and December 17, 2018, as well as her mission report of
November 21, 2018 (copies attached), it is proposed that WIPO finances the participation of two Bahraini Industrial Property Officials to the said training course which is organized by the French Agricultural Research Center for International Development (CIRAD) and REDD (Reseau Echange Development Durable).
