(i) To strengthen the skills of the judiciary, and prosecutors, on selected IP substantive matters; to share experiences in the delivery of justice across the different jurisdictions at national and regional levels; and to reflect on the importance on IP for development
(ii) To discuss the progress of the ongoing project to create a WIPO database on IP Case Law with the participation of the six pilot countries from Latin America, namely, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, as well as Spain. |
