This mission will assist the WIPO Center’s policy and case services. WIPO Center staff will make a presentation on .SE case law and continue the discussion on a potential informal .SE overview or means of dialogue in order to assist the .SE Experts in their work. The WIPO Center will also share observations on case trends under the UDRP to the extent applicable to .SE disputes.
