(1)Regional High-Level Summit for University Presidents & Senior Policy Makers
(a) To communicate the value of supporting IP-based
technology transfer at many levels within the partner countries for senior level officers and management of selected participating universities and government agencies;
(b) To discuss strategy, resource management and institutionalized efforts to promote technology commercialization, including tackling issues involved establishment of technology transfer offices (TTOs) within the participating institutions; and
(c) To inform senior university executives of issues and means to better support IP-based technology transfer inside the country, including engaging policy makers in government.
(2) Follow-up meetings with the JPO
(a) To report the latest status of the projects Implemented under FIT/Japan Work Plan 2019/2020; and
(b) To discuss a new Work Plan of FIT/Japan for the annual evaluation and Programing Meetings. |
