The objective of the seminar is to present a comprehensive view of the useful functions WIPO can provide for the benefit of stakeholders in Russia, and notably in Tyumen, Ekaterinburg, Saints Petersburg including the global IP systems, the normative program and major studies, global databases for IP and platforms and tools for the connected knowledge economy.
A brainstorming meeting with WIPO’s Russian counterparts will be organized by Rospatent and take place during the course of the mission. |
