International Seminar on Intellectual Property (IP) and Education |
| Description : |
To equip educators of IP with best practices. The seminar will focus on different methodologies that have been developed by WIPO, SAKPATENTI and the participating countries to address the need to introduce IP teaching at key formative stages and to different target audiences. One of the key themes of the seminar is to build on the ongoing cooperation among IP Academies established by WIPO. Furthermore, the event will feature a special section where national authorities (SAKPATENTI and Ministry of Education) as well as teachers who have attended the Academy’s DL training report on their experience in the field and the means utilized for promoting IP within their educational establishments. |
