It is proposed that Mr. Ron Marchant, International IP Expert, former Director of the UK IP Office, and highly recognized expert on IP strategies, be engaged by WIPO to provide assistance as requested by Montenegro. Mr. Marchant was also the international expert engaged by WIPO to assist IPOM in the elaboration of the National Strategy of Intellectual Property 2012 - 2015. Ms. Radulović–Šćepanović confirmed that Mr. Marchant would be
an excellent expert for the task.
