The African Union (AU) has invited the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to participate as an Observer in the 26th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 24th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union, scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on January 26 and 27, 2015, and January 30 and 31, 2015, respectively, (copy of letter attached).
It is proposed that Mr. Sery-Koré, Director, Regional Bureau for Africa, represent WIPO at the two sessions. |
