1. The Book Chamber of Central America (GRUCAL) is organizing the X Latin-American Congress of Publishers (X Congreso Iberoamericano de Editores), to be held in
San Salvador, El Salvador, on March 28 to 30, 2014. Several organizations such as the Centro Regional para el Fomento del Libro en América Latina y el Caribe (CERLALC), UNICEF, Secretaría de Integración Centroamericana (SICA), Frankfurt Book Fair and others have already confirmed their participation.
2. The event will be held exclusively in Spanish and WIPO has been invited to participate in a panel regarding the Marrakech VIP Treaty.
3. It is proposed that Mr. Rafael Ferraz attends this event on behalf of WIPO. |
