Description : This is to enhance the understanding of local composers of the need to know more about their rights as well as the need to respect copyright of others; and to offer guidance in forming an Ad-hoc committee tasked to prepare a roadmap to establish a national CMO, in anticipation of the enactment of a sub-decree (the rules and regulations for CMO), expected to happen in 2011.
