The objectives of the competition are to encourage and reward excellence in the invention of ATs that could be easily and economically utilized by local communities to meet their needs, and that would contribute to create sustainable development of local communities. The effective utilization of patent information for devising solutions will be a key element of the competition.
The three Orientation Workshops have been organized back-to-back for cost efficiency. They will be held in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, on Auguts 25, 27 and 29, 2014.
The Final Contest and Award Ceremony will be organized on November 11-12 and the Final Workshop on November 13, 2014, in Hanoi. |
