The objective of the Workshop, in line with Strategic Goal VI and in order to contribute to building respect for IP, are to enhance the judges’ skills in the area of IP litigation by examining the minimum standards and flexibilities, contained in Part III of the TRIPS Agreement; discussing topical issues such as the gathering of evidence, civil procedure and corrective measures, criminal procedures and penalties; and reflecting on recent case-law developments. |
