Please refer to the attached letter dated August 26, 2014, from Mr. Rodrigo Moreira Silva, Director of Business Development, National Planning Department, Government of Colombia, requesting our assistance in the organization of a training of trainers (TOT) program on IP Management by SMEs and to a subsequent email, of September 4, 2014, from his colleague Mr. Oscar Eduardo Salazar Rojas, requesting us to organize the training program in late October or November. |
