Workshop on Mediation of Trademarks Disputes before the Israeli Patent Office (ILPO) |

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) advice and case administration services to Intellectual Property Offices (IPOs) as an additional option for parties to resolve intellectual property (IP) disputes before those IPOs through ADR procedures. At the sidelines of the 2014 WIPO Assemblies, Ignacio de Castror met with the delegation of ILPO to discuss potential collaboration between the Center and ILPO in the area of ADR.
Following such meeting, ILPO has proposed to the Center to co-organize a Workshop on Mediation of Trademarks Disputes before ILPO, on December 11, 2014, in Tel Aviv, Israel. This Workshop will include as speakers ILPO representatives, WIPO Neutrals Mr. Jonathan Agmon (Israel) and Jon Lang (United Kingdom), and Ignacio De Castro.
