This activity is undertaken following requests received from national IP authorities of Paraguay and Uruguay, and is the first step for the preparation of Guides on Trademarks Examination for both countries. These missions will serve as a basis to analyze the objectives, methodology and scope of the of the task to facilitate the establishment of the terms of reference for the next consulting contract for the constitution of both Guides. |
