This activity will form part of the on-going efforts to assist the Government of Myanmar in building the national IP system. The eventual national IP strategy will provide a clear road map for Myanmar as to how best to harness its IP system for achieving national development goals and economic objectives. The key would be to formulate a national IP strategy for Myanmar that is tailored to address the country’s IP priorities and specific development needs while ensuring that all national authorities concerned and relevant stakeholders play an important part in the whole process.
