Trainings on (i) Monitoring and evaluation of development project and programmes and (ii) Impact evaluation of technical cooperation and development projects and programmes, respectively September 14-25, and November 9-13, 2015 |

To enable ASPAC to undertake evaluation of its projects and programs, participation in these two workshops (as phase I and II of one comprehensive training program) was recommended.
Consequently, and with a view to improve our program delivery while reinforcing ASPAC’s capacity at evaluating our programs in the region, I propose that Mrs. Armelle Le Theix attend these two trainings, which will provide her with the required enhanced knowledge, methodologies and techniques to improve the rationalization of our program/activity planning and follow-up in the ASPAC region. Please note that, in September 2014, Mrs. Le Theix took part in the pilot testing of the WIPO “Projects management in a results based environment” training and that, within ASPAC, once she has completed this training, she will be in charge of projects evaluation. |
