To help Cambodia to be better prepared in dealing with Madrid applications after entry into force of accession on June 5, 2015. More specifically, it would build the capacity of trademark examiners from Cambodia in three areas: (i) substantive examination of trademarks; (ii) Madrid procedures by a designated Office; and (iii) Madrid procedures by an Office of origin. |
