Reference is made to the signing of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in 2014 with South Africa and the exchange of correspondence with the National Intellectual Property Management Office (NIPMO) in developing a network of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in South Africa.
This training builds on the basic patent search techniques of last year’s seminar and focuses on specific types of patent searches, on developing patent analytics, introducing the challenges of drafting patent applications and commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights. |
