The main objective of the meetings is to present the findings of the preliminary assessment of the institutional policy landscape in Botswana, and make the appropriate recommendations for the development of institutional IP policies. The discussions will focus on the Model IP Policy for Universities and Public Research Organizations in Botswana, in order to further provide technical assistance to selected institutions for the formulation of IP policies, or fine-tuning of existing policies, based on the Model IP Policy.
