Description :	Mongolia, May 23-26, 2016 and Sri Lanka, June 14-17, 2016 Exploratory missions to ascertain the existing capacity and potential of institutions involved in promoting, supporting and/or conducting technology research and commercialization, in order to design a more coordinated and effective technical assistance program that will increase the capacity for technology scouting, absorption, adaptation, innovation and commercialization in the beneficiary countries applying a "hub and spoke" approach to knowledge management and skills enhancement.
