The Conference is jointly organized by WIPO, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), the State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC), the National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC), the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the Beijing Municipal Government. |
