Mission Objectives
- Provide refreshment training for the staff on the use of IPAS modules;
- Provide refreshment training for BPO IT staff on system administration and first line support;
- Undertake necessary ground support to IPAS system where necessary and investigate possible enhancement areas concerning Cyrillic support needs by the office;
- Undertake technical assessment for the potential deployment of EBD module at the office, based on the deployment experience with the pilot at San Marino;
