The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has been invited by Ms. Athita Komindr, Executive Manager of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), to speak at the THAC seminar on Arbitration and ADR in IP Disputes to be held on the THAC facilities on July 28, 2016. Speakers include a representative of the Department of Intellectual Property in Thailand, Professor Dr, Pisawat Sukanthapan and Dr. Jakkrit Kuanpoth of Tilleke & Gibbins Bangkok office.
The Seminar aims to bring together external counsel, in-house legal counsel, government officials and judicial officers.
The Seminar will offer a good opportunity to promote the use of WIPO ADR options among potential users in Thailand and highlight the Center’s presence and availability in the region as well as its experience in IP disputes. |
