This program is offered to enhance skills of managers and heads of IP offices on how to efficiently administer an office, on one hand, and to respond to the crucial challenges and issues brought about by the modernization of an IP office, on the other hand.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to understand the current and future challenges associated with management of IP offices and will be in a position to implement new techniques enabling the smooth running of an IP office, such as how to reduce backlog, how to deliver qualitative services to the stakeholders and how to design new services. |
