This training course is offered to enhance skills and knowledge of trademark examiners from Latin American countries in the examination of trademark applications for registration.
The training course will also address new issues on the registrability of non-traditional marks, as well as the use of marks on the Internet.
At the end of the training course, participants will be aware of new registration issues brought about by non-traditional marks and new issues as to the use of marks on the Internet, in addition to procedural matters in the field of trademarks. |
