The main objectives of the Conference are: (a) to build on the outcomes of the previous HIPOC meetings in 2015 and 2016 and continue building relationships between and among Heads and WIPO; (b) to serve as the executive level learning platform, and in the present program, the client-centric IP services will be emphasized; and (c) to focus on the direction and purpose from the end users and IP stakeholders in order to provide the appropriate roles and context of leadership in the IP offices. |
